Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, but fast shipping delivery only available in US, UK, Australia.

Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

We will try our best not to, but your order can be fulfilled in multiple shipments if it is fairly large.

Will I have to pay any customs fees?

We are very confident that there will be no customs fees applied. However, If any such costs are required, it is the buyer's responsibility to settle the balance.

What are my delivery options?

We currently only offer our Standard shipping option, which comes free of charge with your order.

How secure is your site?

We us Https protocol to secure our customers personal information and card data.


Can I amend my order?

We ship items out usually within 1 working day, so please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make any changes. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any changes will be made, but we will try our very best! It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the check out is completed with the correct items and shipping info.
 
When will I receive my parcel?

Once your order is shipped, it will take between 10 to 30 business days for it to be delivered. We wish this wasn't the case, but this can take longer because of the various custom restrictions.
 

Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely! We offer a 'No Questions Asked' 30 Day refund policy with all of our orders. Read our Refund Policy page for more information. If you are not happy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on to our website, so we may find the best resolution for any issues with your product.


What if I received a faulty item?

If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via the Contact Us page on our website.
